My mother reminded me I said this. I am sure I heard somebody else’s version of it. However, I will take the credit for this version, this time.

Seems like some folks think Justin & I are some sort of connoisseurs. We do have our own taste & once in a blue moon we disagree on what is good and what is not. Imagine that.
.
What is the best coffee and brew method & what grind?, they ask.

Look here. I tell them. We’ve got somewhere for you to start. And then it’s up to you & your imagination and what you think is tasty.
.
I’ve tried Turkish and French and Italian and heard tell of egg shells and/or oils added. Sometimes I think, what in tarnation?!
.
From my point of view, it seems like you try your friend’s favorite brew and then you take matters into your own hands and decide what tastes best to you. And don’t forget to enjoy.
.
We would be so excited if you gave our Rooster coffee a try. We do start with the good stuff – you know who you are – and Justin is a mighty fine roaster. He is the type of being his own worst critic. Guess we are similar in that way.
.
Anywhooos, you can saunter over to the interwebs & type redrooster.coffee into the address field. That should get you to our storefront in the clouds and we’d love to hear what you discover is your favorite brew method. They are trying to make it easier for us, maybe.
.
If you’ve got questions, give us a shout. You can call or text Justin, he’s also a great conversationalist, if that’s a thing. (509) 429-3714

Looking forward to how we can help. I’m super sure we’ll learn a thing or ten along the way.
.
Keep on bruthas & sistas.
