FARMER FUEL COFFEE

Description

We collaborated with one of our favorite local farmers on this coffee and were inspired by his faith in Jesus & work ethic. In fact, the picture on the bag is he and his crew in action, harvesting their fall crop. It only made sense to roast a coffee that has enough natural energy to keep him going from Sun Up to Sun Down. We started with a batch of green coffee from a small farm in Brazil and roasted to a medium/dark that brings out the deep notes of milk chocolate and nuts like cashew & hazelnuts. It is delicious to drink black and also takes cream nicely, especially if you are lucky enough to have a source for raw milk. Yum!
